What is the girls' required uniform?
For games, girls are required to wear their league-issued jersey, their skirt (purchased from the DWYLAX Shop), and black bike/compression shorts (your choice). White knee-high soccer socks and soccer (short plastic) or lacrosse cleats complete the uniform.
US Lacrosse requires that girls use:
• Goggles. They must be ASTF-certified F3077. There should be a small stamp on the goggles that shows the certification.
• Crosse (stick). The crosse must be a girls' model (shallower pocket) approved by US Lacrosse. You can see a complete list of sticks here. Check out this video to know if your pocket is correct.
• Mouthguard. Your mouthguard must not be clear or white, so that the referee can see it from a distance on the field. A regular plastic molded mouthguard available at any sporting goods store is fine, or it's often possible to get a more custom mouthguard from your dentist or orthodontist.
