When should we arrive for the game?
Your coach will tell you your arrival time, but in general, expect to arrive 30-45 minutes before the game. You will run through a brief warmup to get your blood pumping, and your coach will review any pre-game reminders.

What should we bring to the game?
You will need your full uniform (jersey, skirt, shorts, socks, cleats) and your goggles, stick, and mouthguard. Bring your water bottle! Don't forget pertinent items like sunblock, cooling towels, hairties, headbands, and a snack if we have multiple games in one day. You also may want to bring an extra pair of shoes like sneakers or flip-flops for in between games.

What happens at gametime?
Before the start of the game, the referee will line up both teams for a stick and mouthguard check. They will make sure that your pocket and mouthguard are legal. When all players have been approved, your coach will send out the starting lineup, and the face-off will kick off the game!

How long is the game?

Games will be two 18 minute halves for 8/10U; two 20 minute halves for 12U; and two 22 minute halves for 14U, with a 5 minute halftime break at each level. The clock works like soccer, with no stoppages except for medical need or a team timeout.  Each team gets two timeouts per game. If there is a tie, there is typically no overtime, unless it's necessary for tournament placement.

What do fans do during the game?

Cheer loud! You will want to bring lawn chairs to most games, as they will be played on open soccer-style fields. Don't forget your sunscreen, snacks, and drinks!
